Jeff has been a Jefferson County resident since 1967. He graduated from Lakewood High School and then went on to earn his BA in Communications and Economics from the University of Colorado at Boulder.

Jeff is a Senior Vice President with a local insurance brokerage. Jeff sits on the board of directors of Adoption Options, a Denver based adoption agency, and is a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) and the Rocky Mountain Venture Capital Association (RMVCA).

Jeff and his wife Veronica have been married since 1989 and have 4 children, a daughter who has graduated from the University of Colorado and works with Jeff, a son who is a senior this year and will be attending the CU this fall, a son in middle school and a 28 month old daughter they adopted from China.

Jeff is a devoted follower of Jesus Christ whose hobbies include, skiing, golf, running and camping as all these are done with his family.
