Born in New Jersey, his family moved to Colorado when their Dad was transferred here in 1967. A graduate of Lakewood High in 1979 and CU Boulder in ‘85 with degrees in English and Communications. Peter started working at age 13 as a caddie at a country club and soon developed several regular “loops”. He has worked as a busboy, lead cook, auto parts store manager and a variety of other positions to earn spending money and money for college. Upon graduation he entered the workforce as a collector for a credit card company. From there Peter moved into payroll for a local bank where and proceeded to move up to payroll manager prior to the bank being merged. From there an opportunity to move into the insurance field came to where he developed and ran incentive programs including large trips. In 1995 Peter transferred to an affiliated brokerage where his current position is Operations Manager.
Peter lives in the southwest metro area with his wife of 15 years, Cindy and their two daughters. Active in the homeowners association for 14 years and also helping his wife with the school PTO, Peter feels that being involved in your local community in some way is very important. His interests include camping and fishing and being a softball parent for both his girls. He was always a Christian but it wasn’t until his life was going south that he realized that turning from God was the wrong path. In 1992 he made the choice to change paths and has never looked back.
